Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are planning to be placed in the middle cardiovascular pathway due to treatment, aged >=18 years; 2.The basic ECG record before the catheterization showed normal P wave; 3.Agree to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form for CVADs placement and this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with various heart diseases, such as valvular heart disease, atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, pulmonary heart disease, or patients with pacemaker implantation and cardiac surgery that may cause P wave changes; 2.Patients who cannot lie supine or semi-lying.
