Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Comply with the AKI diagnostic criteria issued by KDIGO in March 2012: (1)Serum creatinine increased by more than 26.5 µmol/L (0.3 mg/d1) within 48 hours; (2)Serum creatinine increased by 1.5 times the baseline--confirmed or speculated Occurs within 7 days; (3)Urine volume =18 years old, gender is not limited; 3.Complete admission and discharge records, hospitalization Time> 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The criteria for renal impairment do not meet the diagnostic criteria; 2.Patients with a lack of medical history; 3.Kidney transplantation has been performed; 4.Kidney replacement therapy has been performed.
