18 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been diagnosed with IBD; 2.Aged 18 to 44 years; Know illness; 3.Clear consciousness, normal hearing and vision; 4.Patients with primary school education or above; 5.Patients who understand the purpose of this study and volunteer to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with other intestinal diseases or malignant tumors; 2.With serious primary diseases of heart and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney; 3.With neurological or psychiatric diseases; 4.Engaged in psychological workers, or received psychological intervention guidance within half a year.
