Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sign informed consent; 2.Age >= 65 years old, no gender limit; 3.ASA I-II grade; 4.BMI <= 30 kg/m^2; 5.Receive surgery under elective general anesthesia; 6.The expected operation time is more than 90 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Central nervous system diseases; 2.Preoperative use of any drugs known to affect EEG, such as antipsychotic drugs, sedative drugs, antiepileptic drugs, central nervous system stimulants, including alcoholism; 3.Patients known to be allergic to any ingredient in propofol or remifentanil; 4.Emergency surgery; 5.Patients implant electronic devices in their bodies, such as patients with pacemakers, etc.; 6.Have a history of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, kidney, or muscle diseases; 7.Liver and kidney dysfunction, blood coagulation abnormal; 8.Poorly controlled or difficult to control hypertension: non-invasive systolic blood pressure (SBP) >=160mmHg or non-invasive diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >=100mmHg.
