Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We consulted "Diagnostic Criteria and Principles of Treatment for Aggressive Mycosis in Hematological/Malignant Tumor Patients (Sixth Revision)".Hematologic patients with invasive fungal risk factors presented with either "persistent granulocytosis with fever and response to broad-spectrum antimicrobial therapy for 4-7 days" or "typical radiographic changes". Details can be found in the proposal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Invalid test data caused by failure of sample extraction and other processing; 2.Unable to carry out multiple methods of laboratory diagnosis according to experimental requirements; 3.The patient had incomplete information about the main clinical study.
