Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged <=40 years old; 2.Strongly required to freeze oocytes to preserve fertility; 3.Stage I-II malignant tumors, such as breast cancer, leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, vulvar cancer, etc., requiring radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy that may affect ovarian function; 4.Recurrent benign tumors, such as recurrent teratoma, ovarian endometrioid cyst, mucinous cystadenoma of the ovary and other tumors that are prone to recurrence and damage ovarian function; 5.Can tolerate ovulation induction and vaginal oocytes retrieval; 6.Subjects volunteered to participate in this study, signed the informed consent, and showed good compliance and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients without uterus: congenital or surgical resection; 2.People with infectious diseases (HIV, syphilis, hepatitis, etc.); 3.Patients with contraindication to surgery or anesthesia; 4.The patient has a mental disorder or a clear family history of mental illness; 5.Other situations that do not conform to laws, regulations or ethics.
