Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged <=45 years old; 2.Preservation of fertility of frozen oocytes is strongly required; 3.People at high risk of hereditary tumors: those who are assessed as having high risk of hereditary tumors after genetic counseling and genetic testing by regular medical institutions; Such as hereditary breast - ovarian cancer syndrome (BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, RAD51C, RAD51D and STK11 and other mutations), Lynch syndrome (mismatched repair genes MLH1, MSH2, PMS2, MSH6, PTEN and other mutations) and peutz-Jeghers syndrome (STK11 and other mutations); 4.Can tolerate ovulation induction and vaginal ovulation operation; 5.Subjects volunteered to participate in this study, signed informed consent, good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People suffering from infectious diseases (HIV, syphilis, hepatitis, etc.); 2.Patients with contraindication to surgery or anesthesia; 3.The patient has a mental disorder or a clear family history of mental illness; 4.Other situations that do not conform to laws, regulations or ethics.
