Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective total hip arthroplasty in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine will be recruited for this study; 2.Aged 18 to 65 years; 3.The American Society of Anesthesiologists classification (ASA) I-III; 4.The body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients refuse to participate in the study; 2.Known to be allergic to the ingredients of the drug under study; 3.Infection at or near the puncture site; 4.Severe mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction, and inability to describe pain; 5.A history of peripheral nerve disease; 6.Associated with organic heart disease, lung disease, brain disease, severe liver insufficiency, severe renal insufficiency.
