Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The clinical diagnosis of the selected patients with heart failure was in accordance with the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure 2018; 2.The diagnostic criteria for heart function classification of patients with heart failure were NYHA heart function classification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous stroke diseases and / or stroke related neurological signs and symptoms; 2.Patients with previous psychiatric history (schizophrenia, severe depression, suicidal tendency, etc.); 3.Patients with history of rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, heart valve disease, etc.; 4.Recent acute infectious diseases include cancer, severe anemia, severe liver and renal insufficiency, hyperthyroidism, etc.; 5.Patients have visual, hearing or language impairment and cannot communicate normally; 6.Patients have serious influence on the patient's emotion caused by self or family events within 6 months.
