Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female over 45 years old and male over 50 years old; 2.Not suffering from drug or alcohol abuse/dependence at the time of recruitment; 3.Patients and their families voluntarily signed informed consent after understanding the research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable vital signs, accompanied by serious primary diseases of the tissues and organs, mental patients. 2.Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or about to become pregnant; 3.Suffering from tumor, pituitary gland, thyroid gland, and parathyroid Glands, adrenal glands, gonads and other diseases; 4.Suffering from other major medical conditions (such as infections, cancer) or central nervous system diseases; 5.Patients do not meet the inclusion criteria, those who are participating in other clinical trials, and those who are considered unsuitable for inclusion Experimental patient; 6.Mental disorders.
