Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 14 to 70 years, and the condition meets the clinically prescribed diagnostic criteria for chronic appendicitis; 2.Indications for surgical treatment; 3.No history of acute attack within 1 month; 4.There is no obvious abnormality in the function of important organs, no comorbidity of the heart or lung and other organs, and the classification of the American Society of Anesthesiologists is less than 3; 5.Signed an informed consent form for this study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Antibiotics have been used for treatment within 1 week before surgery; 2.Glucocorticoids have been used for treatment within 3 months before surgery; 3.Combined immunodeficiency disease, bleeding disease or bacterial infectious disease; 4.There is infection of other parts before operation; 5.Preoperative blood routine, CRP, body temperature and other related indicators suggest infection; 6.During the operation, it was found that the appendix had empyema, the appendix was ruptured, and the operation time was more than 3 hours.
