Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The informed consent was signed by the patient or his guardian; 2.The patient was diagnosed as complete transposition of the great arteries (including cases with intact ventricular septum or ventricular septal defect) by echocardiography or CTA; 3.The aged 0 to 18 years; 4.No surgical treatment was performed before sample collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Corrected transposition of the great arteries; 2.Combined with chromosomal abnormalities; 3.Combined with other complex cardiac malformations (endocardial cushion defect, anomalous pulmonary venous drainage).
