Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with I-III ASA grade; 2.Patients with elective knee scopic surgery; 3.Patients who can cooperate and correctly understand Chinese and express their wishes; 4.Agree to the experimental protocol and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic use of opiates (daily or almost daily use of opioid> 3 months); 2.The drugs used in the study, such as local anesthetic drugs, opiates and other drugs are allergic; 3.Local skin infection and bleeding at the puncture side of anesthesia; 4.Patients with abnormal coagulation function during anticoagulation (PT,APTT exceeds normal, INR <=1. 4), platelet<80x10^9/L); 5.The anesthesiologist or surgeon believes it is not suitable for the patient.
