Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Parturients who need cesarean section under general anesthesia tracheal intubation, aged 20 to 45 years, American anesthesiologist grade(ASA) II-III grade.The patient participated voluntarily and signed an informed consent form; 2.There are contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia, such as severe spinal deformity, thrombocytopenia, etc.; 3.Severe fetal distress without prior placement of an epidural or subarachnoid catheter; 4.Failure of intraspinal anesthesia; 5.Neuropsychiatric diseases, such as schizophrenia and poorly controlled epilepsy; 6.Parturient refused intraspinal anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Body Mass Index (BMI) >=32 kg/m^2 or Mallampati airway classification IV; 2.Parturients with severe hemodynamic instability; 3.Severe preeclampsia or preeclampsia cerebral bleeding tendency; 4.Critically ill parturients are admitted to the ICU with a tracheal tube after surgery, severe mental illness or mental retardation cannot cooperate with the postoperative follow-up.
