Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sixty patients with unilateral tibial osteotomy; 2.ASA grade I ~ II; 3.Aged 40 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of chronic pain, history of drug allergy, history of antidepressant use; 2.History of chronic hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3.Electrolyte disorder, autoimmune disease; 4.Preoperative cognitive dysfunction.
