18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute chest and back pain onset, aortic dissection, aortic intermural hematoma or aortic ulcer confirmed by aortic CTA or cardiac ultrasound; Or patients with other chief complaints, aortic dissection confirmed by aortic CTA; 2.There is no limitation on gender; 3.Aged 18 to 90 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Aortic aneurysm not ruptured; 2.Patients with advanced malignant tumors; 3.Recent history of obvious trauma such as fracture; 4.Patients who have experienced electric defibrillation, electric cardioversion and chest compressions during the course of the disease; 5.Pregnancy period, perinatal period and patients who do not want to participate in this study.
