18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group 1.Aged 18 to 80 years, no gender limitation; 2.Conformed to the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease; 3.Signed the informed consent. Control group 1.Aged 18 to 80 years, gender unlimited; 2.Negative results of coronary CTA or coronary angiography; 3.Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe liver dysfunction with aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) greater than 2 times the upper normal limit; 2.Patients with severe renal insufficiency (Cr>177umol/L/3.0mg/dl); 3.Patients with a history of chronic inflammatory bowel disease or current organic diseases; 4.Malignant tumor; 5.Diseases of the immune system or connective tissue; 6.Have had gastrointestinal surgery in the past 1 year; 7.Present with infectious diseases; 8.Continuous use of antibiotics for more than 3 days within the last 3 months; 9.Metabolic diseases such as hyperthyroidism or Cushing's syndrome; 10.Pregnant and lactating women, and women at risk of becoming pregnant who refused to maintain the contraceptive method approved by the investigator throughout the study; 11.Persons with mental or legal disabilities; 12.Subjects considered by other researchers to be unsuitable for the study. Patients meet any one of the above options will be excluded.
