Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited; 2.Total bilirubin <= 1.5xUNL, glutathione aminotransferase AST (SGOT) and glutathione aminotransferase ALT (SGPT) <= 2.5xUNL; 3.Patients should not have smoked or consumed alcohol in the past week; 4.All enrolled patients should give informed consent; 5.Self-aware patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previous history of malignancy; 2.Combined with other diseases such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, severe hypertension, renal disease, hyperthyroidism, uncontrolled psychosis; any symptoms of acute disease (inflammatory respiratory disease, active infection) in the past 2 weeks; 3.Use of drugs that can affect metabolism in the past 2 weeks, such as antibiotics (penicillins, erythromycin), hormones (deoxycortisol, dexamethasone), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin, disulfiram), etc.; 4.Previous radiotherapy, surgical treatment or interventional therapy; 5.Significant abnormalities in ventilation and air exchange of the lungs; 6.Women during pregnancy or lactation.
