Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Select infertile patients receiving IVF-ET treatment at our Reproductive Medicine Center.The patients were qualified to be enrolled in the study who should meet the following criteria are included: 1.Never had any IVF/ICSI cycles before; 2.Age no older than 35; 3.Ovarian reserve function is normal (basal serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) concentration of lower than 15 U/L on the day 2-4 of menstruation). Patients treated with the contraceptive drug Eynestradiol cyproterone tablet (Diane-35) were in the control group and those treated with the standard long regimen of traditional gonadotropin-releasing hormone inhibitor were in the control group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Polycystic ovary syndrome; 2.Endometriosis Grade I or above; 3.Congenital abnormal uterine development; 4.Have received hormone therapy in the past 1 month.
