18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 75 years; 2.CDOC caused by various traumatic or non-traumatic diseases, with a course of >=4 weeks; 3.The diagnosis was UWS or MCS based on CRS-R; 4.Enteral nutrition through nasogastric tube can be initiated 24-48 hours after admission; 5.Family members sign informed consent and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe organic diseases such as tumor, blood disease, organ failure and severe, cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2.The vital signs (respiration, heart rate, blood pressure) are not stable; 3.Have epilepsy or frequent epilepsy; 4.A history of cerebrovascular events and craniocerebral injury; 5.Women who are lactating or pregnant; 6.Have a history of digestive tract, gastrointestinal complex injury, severe endocrine diseases; 7.Patients had taken microecological agents within 2 weeks before enrollment.
