45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for transient ischemic attack; 2. Aged between 45-80 years, no gender limitation; 3. Right-handed; 4. ABCD3-I stroke risk assessment medium or above risk (>=4 points); 5. No metal in the body, no claustrophobia and other contraindications for magnetic resonance examination; 6. Willing to accept this research program, I or my family members sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other brain structural lesions diagnosed by imaging; 2. Stroke aura caused by cardiac factors; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood system; 4. Allergic constitution, easy to complicate infection and bleeding; 5. Pregnant patients and lactating patients; 6. Those who have taken vasodilators or psychotropic drugs in the past 2 weeks; 7. Severe cranial anatomical structure asymmetry is found in MRI scans; 8. Those who have participated in similar neuroimaging trials within 1 month.
