Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35-42 years; 2. Menstrual period FSH 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with infertility factors such as endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome; 2. Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, mental patients; 3. Those who have received hormone therapy in the past six months.
