18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years, clinically diagnosed uterine fibroids; 2. The number of target fibroids is 1-3, and the diameter is 2-8cm; 3. HIFU positioning is successful, and HIFU treatment is planned; 4. Those who have no contraindications to pelvic MRI examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from mental disorders, unable to express their feelings during treatment; 2. Suspected genital malignancy; 3. Pregnant patients; 4. Acute reproductive tract and pelvic inflammation; 5. The depth of uterine fibroids exceeds the measurement range of shear wave elastography; 6. Those who have performed HIFU in the past.
