18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) confirmed by routine imaging, with a course of 14-30 days; 2. The first onset; 3. Aged over 18 years; 4. Unilateral lesions; 5. Unconscious disturbance; 6. No contraindications to MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs or failure of vital organs; 2. Quadriplegia; 3. Unable to lie down quietly for 20 minutes; 4. Have previously suffered from other brain diseases or a history of brain surgery and other diseases that affect the function of the upper limbs; 5. History of malignant tumor.
