Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years. 2. Patients undergoing elective surgery who need to be prepared for general anesthesia in the pre-anesthesia room. 3. ASA I-II grade. 4. 18.5<= body mass index (BMI)<=28. 5. Voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic pain, long-term use of analgesics, psychotropic drugs (including opioids, NSAIDS, antidepressants). 2. History of opioid allergy. 3. There is a history of abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery in the past. 4. Preoperative liver and kidney function abnormalities. 5. Patients with epilepsy history or family history of epilepsy that cannot be controlled by treatment. 6. Those with difficult airway. 7. Pregnant patients. 8. Use sedatives and antidepressants 24 hours before surgery. 9. Taking monoamine oxidase inhibitory drugs or antidepressants within 15 days. 10. Participated in other drug experiments within three months. 11. Unable to cooperate with the study for any reason or the investigator thinks it should not be included in this trial.
