Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. GDM patients: (1) Aged 18-40 years; (2) Come to our hospital for prenatal check-ups and plan to give birth in our hospital; (3) Diagnosed with GDM; (4) The informed consent has been signed and the observer can be tracked. 2. Normal population: (1) Aged 18-40 years; (2) Come to our hospital for prenatal check-ups and plan to give birth in our hospital; (3) GDM is not diagnosed; (4) The informed consent has been signed and the observer can be tracked.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes complicated with pregnancy; 2. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental illness; 3. Patients with abnormal placental function and single umbilical artery; 4. Difficult to complete follow-up, or various factors affecting compliance.
