Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese Han pregnant women aged >=18 years; 2. Singleton pregnancy >=12 weeks; 3. The pregnant woman was diagnosed with RHD negative blood type by primary screening test and ITA test, and her husband was RH positive blood type; 4. The fetus survives; 5. Able to sign informed consent.
