Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select pregnant women with gestational diabetes who gave birth in our hospital from September 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and divide them into two groups according to the presence or absence of premature rupture of membranes, with 20 people in each group; In addition, normal pregnant women without any comorbidities were selected as the control group, and were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of premature rupture of membranes, with 20 persons in each group. 2. Diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes: after 24 weeks of pregnancy, a 75g OGTT test was performed, and the blood glucose values on an empty stomach and 1 and 2 hours after taking sugar were 5.1mmol/l, 10.0mmol/l, 8.5mmol/l, respectively. If the blood sugar level at any point reaches or exceeds the above standard, it is diagnosed as gestational diabetes mellitus. 3. Diagnostic criteria for premature rupture of membranes: rupture of fetal membranes before labor, when the vaginal speculum is opened, fluid can be seen flowing from the cervix or there is a lot of fluid in the posterior fornix, and fetal fat-like substances can be seen, auxiliary examination vaginal fluid PH detection >= 7.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with other diseases, such as hypothyroidism during pregnancy, hypertensive disease during pregnancy, placenta previa, proteinuria during pregnancy, etc.
