Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1-14 years. 2. Treatment time in PICU > 12 hours. 3. With the consent of the family members and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness and cognitive impairment. 2. Unable to cooperate with the researcher due to serious illness or unconsciousness or other reasons. 3. Patients with craniocerebral disease, or after craniocerebral surgery. 4. Unable to wake up.
