Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for intrauterine adhesions in the ''Chinese Expert Consensus on Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Intrauterine Adhesion'': those who have a history of induced abortion or other uterine cavity surgery in the past, accompanied by periodic abdominal pain, oligomenorrhea, amenorrhea, repeated miscarriage, infertility, and have intrauterine adhesions found by hysteroscopy at the same time, those who have fertility requirements; 2. According to the American Reproductive Association Prognostic Classification AFS score is moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions, that is, the score range is 5-12 points; 3. The age range of the patients is 20-42 years old; 4. Normal endocrine function and ovulation; 5. The patient's clinical data is comprehensive and the postoperative follow-up is accepted.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction and other systemic diseases; 2. Those who have recently received female reproductive system surgery or have too high uterine curvature and cannot accept hysteroscopy and surgery; 3. Amenorrhea, recurrent miscarriage and infertility caused by neuro-endocrine system disorders or congenital reproductive structural abnormalities and other factors; 4. Those who have allergic reactions to estrogen and other drugs; 5. Spouse semen is seriously abnormal.
