Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of malignant tumor; 2. Cancer pain diagnosis; 3. Take/use painkillers according to the WHO three-step principle; 4. Take/use pain medication for >=3 days; 5. Clear awareness and able to express their thoughts accurately; 6. Patients who are followed up by telephone need to communicate smoothly and clearly. If the patients who are interviewed have difficulty in verbal expression, they need to communicate smoothly in writing; 7. Receive follow-up visits and consultations from pharmacists.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Add painkillers purchased by yourself or prescribed by an outside hospital.
