Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for retrospective cohort studies: (1) Patients with a history of chin hyaluronic acid injection and patients without a history of chin hyaluronic acid injection in the Maxillofacial Center, Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences; (2) The patient has craniofacial CT 3D reconstruction data. 2. Inclusion criteria for prospective self-controlled studies (while meeting the following 4 points): (1) Diagnosed as chin retraction; (2) Patients who plan to undergo hyaluronic acid injection for the treatment of chin retraction, or patients who plan to undergo chin level osteotomy for the treatment of chin retraction, but are afraid of surgery, expected that the clinical effect will be observed through hyaluronic acid injection first, and osteotomy will be performed in the second stage; (3) Agree to provide craniofacial CT data before injection, or agree to photograph craniofacial CT before injection; (4) Agree to return to the hospital for review more than half a year after injection, and take craniofacial CT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness, physical disorder; 2. Facial deformity caused by facial trauma, tumor, inflammation and other diseases; 3. Severe chin retrusion with micrognathia, accompanied by symptoms of dyspnea.
