55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55-80 years; 2. Has been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, X-ray examination diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis grade III and below (Kellgren-Lawrence classification), and has symptoms of osteoarthritis; 3. Live in the community before joining the group; 4. Able to walk independently with or without assistive equipment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to flurbiprofen or celecoxib; 2. Have received knee or hip surgery within 3 months before enrollment, causing pain or affecting joint function; 3. Systemic or intra-articular use of corticosteroids within 2 months after enrollment; 4. Intra-articular injection of steroids or hyaluronic acid within 4 weeks after enrollment; 5. Serious skin disease, unable to use flurbiprofen gel patch; 6. Failure to arrive at the designated place (such as a hospital) on time for follow-up or examination. 7. Consciousness is not clear and cannot answer questions correctly.
