Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for oral NSAIDs group (1) Aged >=18 years; (2) Regular oral administration of NSAIDs for more than 1 year; (3) Patients without other diseases that cause gastrointestinal bleeding, without mental disorders, and with normal communication skills; (4) Sign the informed consent and agree to participate in this study. 2. Inclusion criteria for the control group (1) Aged >=18 years; (3) Patients without other diseases that cause gastrointestinal bleeding, without mental disorders, and with normal communication skills; (3) Sign the informed consent and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome, liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumor, severe obesity, and mental illness; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Participating in other clinical investigators.
