Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 15 to 65 years with sacral tumor need to undergo radical resection of the sacrum, resulting in pelvic floor dysfunction; 2. Without or with pelvic floor muscle-related voiding dysfunction caused by compression of sacral tumors; 3. Surgical resection of sacral nerve roots above the segments and their branches function intact; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bladder and voiding dysfunction caused by other reasons; 2. History of urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse; 3. Neuromuscular disease; 4. With other serious heart, brain and kidney diseases; 5. Those who do not cooperate with this treatment.
