Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-70 years, ASA III-IV open heart surgery patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Allergy to local anesthetics; 3. Congestive heart failure; 4. Liver or kidney failure; 5. Have a history of drug abuse or chronic pain; 6. Mental problems, including anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, etc.; 7. Secondary surgery; 8. Inability to provide informed consent.
