18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years (including the cut-off value) receiving general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 2. The patients participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Weight less than 40 kg or BMI> 30kg/m^2; 2. Suffering from the following diseases: central nervous system disease; hypertension grade 2 and above, NYHA grade II and above heart disease; 3. Preoperatively predicted difficult airway, after tracheotomy, upper airway obstruction (airway foreign body, snoring, etc.), abnormal nasopharyngeal cavity (sinusitis, turbinate hypertrophy, nasal septum deviation, nasopharyngeal cancer, etc.) and others diseases affecting normal ventilation; 4. Lung diseases affecting normal oxygenation (pneumonia, COPD, bronchiectasis, emphysema, asthma, silicosis, pneumoconiosis, post lobectomy, etc.); 5. Digestive system diseases such as intragastric hypertension, intestinal obstruction, perforation, and necrosis.
