18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-65 years old, BMI >= 28kg/m^2, gender is not limited; 2. ASA classification: I-II level; 3. Visit a doctor because of gastrointestinal symptoms and voluntarily accept painless gastroscopy; 4. Normal cognitive function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute respiratory infection within the past 2 weeks; 2. Patients with severe insufficiency of the heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs; 3. There are contraindications to gastroscopy; 4. Patients with neuropsychiatric diseases; 5. Allergic constitution or allergic to the research drug; 6. Oral, nasal or throat infection or tumor; 7. A history of difficult tracheal intubation anesthesia and severe sleep apnea syndrome.
