18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed by histopathology or cytology; 2. Molecular pathology (tissue, ARMS or NGS) is negative for EGFR and ALK; 3. Stage IV confirmed by imaging; ECOG PS score 0-1; 4. Aged 18-75 years, no gender limit; 5. The first-line treatment regimen is anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy combined with standard chemotherapy regimen; 6. There are evaluable lesions; 7. There are lesions available for tissue biopsy when the tumor progresses; 8. The patients have fully understood the research and signed the written informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The amount of specimens available for inspection before tumor treatment and after tumor progression is insufficient for the detection requirements; 2. The expected survival period is less than 3 months.
