Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received RCA-CRRT and met the criteria for sepsis 3.0; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to the use of citric acid; 2. Hyperparathyroidism; 3. Patients with malignant tumor; 4. Patients who are in critical condition and the clinician believes that they may die within 24 hours; 5. Pregnant women, etc.
