Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I-II; 2. Patients who are about to undergo nephrectomy; 3. Voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>28kg/m^2; 2. Aged > 70 years; 3. After spinal deformity or spinal surgery; 4. Local anesthetic allergy; 5. Coagulation disorders; 6. Refused to sign the informed consent.
