18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in ICD-10; 3. Hamilton Depression Scale-17-item score >= 17; 4. Mental pain scale (OMMP) score >= 136 points; 5. Informed consent, willing to participate in this research; 6. Have normal communication and expression skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other physical diseases; 2. Those who cannot take care of themselves at all in life; 3. Patients with intellectual disabilities; 4. Be receiving other psychotherapy.
