Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admission to intensive care unit (ICU); 2. Patients with endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours; 3. Aged 18-85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory depression, high paraplegia, neuromuscular disease; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. Patients who have been included in this study, or patients who are participating in other studies during the same period; 4. Patients or their families refused this study.
