Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for medical records: qualified by the chief doctor of the specialist department: standard writing of medical records and correct diagnosis. 2. Physician inclusion criteria: (1) Gender is not limited; (2) Attending physician or chief physician, with more than 5 years of clinical work in ophthalmology; (3) Those who are proficient in using electronic medical records; (4) Voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent. 3. Patient inclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from common typical diseases of ophthalmology; (2) Voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
