Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonatal diabetes, pancreatic hypoplasia or annular pancreas, intestinal atresia or intestinal malrotation, abnormal development of gallbladder, abnormal development of biliary tract; 2. A homozygous or compound heterozygous variant of the RFX6 gene located on 6q22.
