Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy donors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious diseases, chronic systemic diseases (cardiovascular diseases, connective tissue diseases) and other unsuitable donations; 2. There were adverse reactions after G-CSF injection, and ultrasound examination could not be performed regularly; 3. Patients considered unsuitable for this study.
