Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe diarrhea in infancy, stomach discomfort in adults, and symptoms after eating sweets and fruits; 2. The feces can be acidic, the pH of feces can reach 4.0-5.0, with sour taste and large amount; 3. Small intestinal mucosa biopsy showed sucrose a- Dextrinase deficiency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physiological diarrhea; 2. Drug-induced diarrhea.
