Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis patients in the emergency department 2. There is no restriction on gender, over 18 years old; 3. Sepsis diagnostic criteria (sepsis3.0): meet the following 2 requirements at the same time (1) Patients who are infected or suspected of being infected; (2) The degree of change in the patient's SOFA score >= 2 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced renal insufficiency or long-term need for hemodialysis treatment; 2. Use drugs that can stimulate the release of cellular inflammatory mediators; 3. During lactation or pregnant women; 4. Patients with acute or chronic skin diseases or burns; 5. Patients with abnormal intelligence or mental state; 6. Patients who are unwilling to participate in this study.
