Two groups:bilateral reduction mammaplasty surgery vs breast conserving surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as early breast cancer patients; 2.No serious combined diseases, and no obvious abnormal function of important organs; 3.Tumor location: The tumor is located in the peripheral quadrant, ?The distance between the tumor and the areola is >= 2cm; 4.Ensure the completion of postoperative radiotherapy; 5.No anti-criteria; 6.Breast hypertrophy and/or moderate-to-severe?breast ptosis, it is recommended to perform breast conserving surgery or bilateral reduction mammaplasty surgery; 7.Able and willing to sign an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Radiotherapy during pregnancy; 2. Difficult to reach negative edge,can not guarantee pathological resection negative after reresection; 3. Diffuse distribution; 4. Inflammatory breast cancer; 5. Multicenter lesions, early breast cancer with contraindications to radiotherapy or unwilling to radiotherapy.
