18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic osteomyelitis, trauma and tibial bone tumor need tibial reconstruction; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Good compliance, continuous follow-up for 24 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Only one side of tibial cortical defect can be treated by bone graft without blood supply; 2. The whole tibial defect could not be reconstructed; 3. Lower limb bone defect with vascular and nerve injury needs amputation; 4. Poor compliance, failure to cooperate with treatment or refusal to follow up.
